Track your brand in Claude

Volexi tracks Claude through the official Anthropic API, storing each answer verbatim alongside the brands named and sources cited. Claude is enabled by default on every plan rather than gated to an enterprise tier, because a tool that measures the answer layer should cover the assistants professional buyers actually use.

Why track Claude separately from ChatGPT?

Because they disagree. Reported 2026 analysis found eight major models agreeing on their top recommendation only 43.9% of the time, so a brand strong in one can be absent from another.

Averaging engines into a single score hides exactly that. A blended number can look healthy while you are invisible in the assistant your buyers actually use, which is why Volexi reports each engine separately as well as combined.

Is Claude worth tracking for a B2B brand?

Usually yes. Claude skews toward professional and technical use, so for software, developer tools and services it often over-indexes relative to its overall market share.

The honest caveat is that the right engine mix depends on your buyers, not on general share figures. Track the ones your category is actually asked about, which is a question your own data answers within a few weeks.
