Topic cluster

A group of tracked questions covering the same buying topic, scored and acted on together rather than individually.

Individual questions are too granular to act on. Nobody writes a page for one phrasing of one question, and visibility on a single prompt is noisy enough to be misleading.

Clustering fixes both. A cluster has enough answers behind it for the rate to stabilise, and it maps to a piece of work: one page, one campaign, one outreach push.

The judgement call is granularity. Too broad and the recommendation is useless; too narrow and you are back to per-question noise.
