Content angle

The editorial stance a cited page takes: cost, depth, authority, freshness, or written for a named audience.

Two pages can share a format and compete very differently. A generic comparison and a comparison written for ecommerce teams specifically are both comparisons, and in measured citation sets the audience-specific one frequently wins.

Angle is the dimension most often missed, because format is easier to see. A brand told that comparisons win will write more comparisons, and stay invisible, because the winning pages differed on angle rather than shape.
