Agency console & client portal
Run every client from one console: pooled quotas, free pitch workspaces, unlimited seats, and a white-label portal your clients sign into.
The agency console is its own surface: open the workspace switcher and choose Agency console— the sidebar swaps to agency navigation (Clients, Pitch workspaces, Team & seats, White-label & portal, Billing & plan). Each client stays an isolated workspace with its own prompts, competitors, brand kit and approvals.
Pooled quotas & rebalancing
Every client workspace adds 300 pooled prompts, 15 briefs and 10 articles a month. The pool is what collection enforces — an under-using client's budget automatically serves an over-using one. Per-client prompt allocations are adjustable from the Clients screen; rebalancing takes effect at the next scan.
The console warns when a client reaches 90% of its allocation while the pool has spare capacity.
Pitch workspaces
Pitch workspaces are free 14-day sandboxes for prospects — 30 prompts, 3 engines, watermarked reports, never billed and never counted against the pool. Win the pitch and Convert to client carries the full history (prompts, answers, the decoupling chart) into a paid client workspace. One 7-day extension per pitch; after that it archives.
Team, seats & roles
Invite teammates by email from Team & seats— if they already have a Volexi account they're added instantly; if not, the invitation email signs them up and joins them to the agency automatically (links expire in 7 days, and the accepting account's email must match). Seats are unlimited.

White-label & the client portal
- Upload your logo and pick an accent color in
White-label & portal— they style the portal, PDFs and report emails. - Point a CNAME (e.g.
reports.youragency.com) at the portal host and verify; SPF/DKIM checks cover a custom email sender. - Invite client viewers by email. They sign in with a 15-minute magic link — no password, no seat — and see their monthly report: visibility, wins, shipped content, competitive position and next month's plan.
- With auto-share on, client viewers also receive the weekly digest by email in your branding — your logo and accent, no internal review notes, one click into their portal. Your own team keeps the standard console digest.
Toggle Hide "Powered by Volexi" to remove Volexi branding entirely — portal, PDFs and client digest emails alike. Pitch-workspace reports keep a watermark while the pitch is free.

Tiers are marginal — with 14 clients you pay 5 × $250 + 9 × $190 = $2,960/mo. Adding a client mid-cycle prorates to the day; removing one credits the remainder and keeps its history for 90 days.
