Create your account

Email verification is required before a workspace activates.

1. 1Go to volexi.ai and click Start free trial (or open /auth/sign-up).
2. 2Enter your name, work email and a password (at least 10 characters, one number) — or sign up with Google or Microsoft. Your website and trial plan are optional here; whatever you enter is carried into setup. Accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy is recorded with a timestamp as you continue.
3. 3Open the verification email (arrives within a minute) and click the link. Your account is now active.
4. 4Sign in — you land on Name your workspace.

Create a workspace and activate a plan

Scanning spends real AI-provider capacity, so a plan comes before the first scan — but new accounts don't pay upfront: checkout starts a 7-day free trial (card required), and your plan only bills from day 8.

1. 1Type your brand or company name and click Create workspace.
2. 2On the plan step — Start your 7-day free trial, or Choose your plan to start monitoring if your account has already used its trial — review the four plans and click Choose → on the one you want.
3. 3Complete Stripe-hosted checkout. The moment it succeeds, onboarding continues automatically at the domain step.
4. 4The trial gives a full week of daily monitoring (fair-use capped); cancel anytime in the first 7 days and pay nothing — otherwise your plan starts on day 8. One trial per account; for longer evaluations, email sales@volexi.ai.

Connect your domain

This crawl grounds every metric and every piece of content Volexi later generates.

1. 1On Add your domain, enter your domain (e.g. marlow.io).
2. 2Add up to ten of your most important subpage URLs — pricing, key product and comparison pages give the richest extraction.
3. 3Click Crawl and continue — you watch the crawl live: pages found ticking up, then brand & topic extraction, then a Crawl complete confirmation before the next step.
4. 4If a page is blocked, you'll see exactly which URLs and why — allow the VolexiBot user agent in robots.txt / your firewall and retry. Setup never dead-ends.

Review prompts, add competitors, run the first analysis

Prompts are the questions Volexi asks AI engines on your behalf.

1. 1On Review your prompt set, read the auto-generated prompts (seeded from real search volume, expanded into conversational questions, in your target language).
2. 2Edit or delete any prompt; add your own in Add your own prompt… and click Add. Shape the set to what your buyers actually ask.
3. 3Click Continue — add competitors, type each rival's name or domain in Add a brand or domain…, click Add, then Continue — first run.
4. 4Click Get started. Results land in about five minutes: visibility score, cited pages, where competitors appear, and first recommendations. You'll also get a first report email with your headline numbers once the run completes — after that, scans run on schedule with no button to press.
