Watch usage and handle a limit

1. 1Open Settings → Plan & usage for live meters: prompts, answers, briefs, articles, engines — plus estimated provider cost this period.
2. 2You're notified at 80% and 100% of your monthly answer budget, so you never hit it blind.
3. 3Hit a limit and you get an explicit message with an upgrade path — generation pauses, drafts and history are kept, and monitoring resumes on the 1st or immediately on upgrade.

Change plan, payment or cancel

Billing is Stripe-hosted end to end.

1. 1Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Plan & usage — click Choose → on another plan; proration is automatic mid-cycle.
2. 2Manage cards and download invoices (with company details + VAT ID) from Billing → Add payment method / the customer portal.
3. 3Three days before your trial converts, we email you the exact charge (plan and price, date) with a one-click cancel link — no surprise charges, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
4. 4If a payment fails you get a calm heads-up email — card, amount, retry date — and monitoring continues through a grace period (about 12 days) while Stripe retries. Your data and history are never at risk.
5. 5Cancel in-app anytime — you keep read access to all data until the paid period ends, and history is never deleted.

Prices display in USD, EUR or GBP. Trials include a full week of daily monitoring plus 5 briefs and 2 articles, fair-use capped — the Trial usage meter in Settings → Plan & usage shows how much is left, and your plan starts automatically when the trial ends. Cancel in the first 7 days from the customer portal and you pay nothing.
