Discover new prompts
- Open
Promptsand click Discover prompts. - Enter a segment and region; Volexi returns ideas grounded in real search-volume and prompt-pattern data.
- Review the suggestions and approve the ones you want — they join your tracked set only when you accept them.
Organize with tags, market, language and personas
- On
Prompts, open a prompt and use Edit to set its tags, target market (country) and language independently. - Create a persona in
Brand kit(e.g. VP Marketing vs Staff Engineer) and assign it to prompts. - Use the All markets, All personas and tag filters at the top of Prompts — and the same filters on Overview, Citations and content views — to analyze each segment separately.
Inspect one prompt, or pause it
- Click any prompt row to open its detail view: answer history per engine, fan-out sub-queries, sourced pages, citations and every brand mention with sentiment.
- Click Full answer on any entry to read the verbatim response with mentions highlighted.
- Use Pause or Archive to stop spending scan budget on a prompt — its history is kept, and you can reactivate anytime.
